Winter League Extension

Quite a few members have not managed to shoot the last round which was due yesterday. We have therefore extended this round by a further week. Please can you let members know that we will collect the scores next Wednesday evening (12^th)

DCAS Indoor Championships

We had a superb set of results at last weekends DCAS Indoor Championships, bringing home a record amount of silverware.

Congratulations to Mark O’Halloran, 2nd in Mens Recurve, John Read, 3rd in Mens Recurve, Sharon Hill, 2nd in Compound Ladies, Liv Bevan, 1st in Under 18 Ladies, Rebecca Paine, 1st in Under 12 Ladies, Josh Diaz Crozier 3rd in under 15 Boys.

Also, for the first time the Gents Recurve team trophy was brought home by Mark, John, Chris & Rob Boulton.

Winter League

Here’s the results for the Winter League after round 7. We have decided to score people who don’t shoot as a 0, regardless of whether or not they have retired and so have adjusted the scores from previous weeks accordingly. This does mean that some people will have shot against non-zero scores during the beginning of the tournament but it will save confusion in the long run as we won’t have to keep changing people’s scores as they keep retiring. We have a better way of doing it planned for next time!
