Portsmouth rounds – 2 sessions each session 5 dozen arrows shot at 20 yards.
All senior compound archers will shoot on individual vertical triple 60cm faces. All other categories will use shared single 60cm faces. Entries for double sessions subject to availability

Registration and session times
Entry to the venue and registration from 08:30
Session 1 assembly–09:30
Session 2 assembly–13:00
Shooting will commence immediately after assembly.
Please ensure you bring your proof of AGB membership for presentation at registration.
Shooting
Archers per boss in two details of two. Arrows will be shot in ends of three.
Where possible we will be using layered-foam bosses (definitely for compound archers)
Entries

Age groups are based on calendar year, e.g. if an archer turns 16 at any time during the year theyenter as U18.
Entry fee per session – Seniors £15.00, Juniors £8.00
Entries only accepted with correct fee. Entries are not confirmed until payment received.
Closing date for entries–Saturday 17th January 2026.
Late entries and refunds at discretion of TO. No refunds made after the closing date
Dress
Dress regulations: No blue jeans or tops/shirts bearing non-archery related logos.
Soft shoes with non-marking soles must be worn in the sports hall.
Rules
The tournament will be conducted according to Archery GB Rules of Shooting.
Only members of Archery GB or World Archery are permitted to shoot at this tournament.
Drug Testing
Record status tournaments will be liable for drug testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Parents/Guardians must give consent for under 18s to be drug tested if approached.
Photography
Anyone wishing to take photographs/video at this event must sign the register at the Registration table. If you are concerned about any photography and videos taking place at this event, or do not wish to be photographed please contact the Tournament Organiser directly.
Refreshments
Hot and cold drinks and snacks/cakes will be available throughout the day

Juniors Date of Birth is only used for checking correct round shot. Contact information such as email, addresses & phone numbers will not be published and only available to the Tournament Organiser to enable them to contact the archer if required to do so. Entry to the tournament means you are agreeing to this
Parking
In case the school car parks are full on your arrival, there is a small amount of free on-road parkingon Greenway Road opposite the school and Bridge Road. If you park on Bridge Road there is asubway under the A379
